Terms of use
The short version of how the board and an account may be used, and what each one does and does not promise.
Last reviewed 17 September 2026
The postings
Postings on the board belong to the sources that published them. We republish each one under that source’s licence, with the credit and link the licence requires, and we take a posting down when its source does. A posting shows the date we last confirmed it; we do not promise that a role is still open beyond that date, and a posting whose last check has gone stale says so on its own page.
Applying
Where a source publishes an application address, applying happens there, on the employer’s or the source’s own site, under their terms. Where a role was posted directly on JobLunio, applying happens through an account, and nothing is sent to the employer until you have reviewed the application yourself and pressed send.
Evidence and advice
Sponsorship information is taken from the Home Office register of licensed sponsors as published, and is dated. A licence is not an offer of sponsorship on any job. JobLunio is not a regulated immigration adviser and gives no immigration, legal or eligibility advice; nothing on the site asserts a legal outcome.
An account
An account is for one person and the workspaces they are invited into. You are responsible for what you upload and for keeping your credentials to yourself; you may export or delete everything you hold from the account’s privacy settings at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the board beyond what its public API and sitemap offer, do not misrepresent who you are to an employer through it, and do not use it to collect information about other people. We may suspend an account that does.
Changes
These terms are reviewed against what the product actually does; the date at the top is the last time that happened. A material change is dated here.
