Every role on the board is republished from a source whose licence allows it: an employer posting directly, an official careers API, or a licensed feed. Where a licence requires credit, the credit appears on the posting verbatim, with a link to the original. A source with no permission is not on the board at all — there is no third state.

Each posting shows the date we last confirmed it with its source, and the salary exactly as the employer published it or a plain statement that they published none. Applying happens on the employer’s own site where the source publishes one; nothing is sent anywhere by reading a posting.

Fit, freshness and sponsorship are three separate readings and are never merged into one score. A fit reading compares a role with your own experience, skills and industry and shows the three parts separately. Freshness is the checked date. Sponsorship is what the Home Office register of licensed sponsors says about an employer, as published and dated — and a licence is not an offer of sponsorship on any particular job.

The refusals are the product, not caveats to it.

• Nothing asserts a legal outcome — not a visa, not eligibility, not a hiring decision. We are not a regulated immigration adviser.
• A score we do not have renders as “not scored”, never as zero.
• A control with no endpoint behind it is not drawn; the absence is stated in words instead.
• A claim carries its source, its authority and the date it was read.
• Nothing is sent to an employer until you have read it and pressed send yourself.
