THE ROLE
Under the guidance of Global Procurement, the role will be operating the group business spend and ensuring that it is optimized with operational efficiency, you will act as a business partner to assigned teams, developing effective relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers on the Tech area.
The ideal profile is someone with strong strategic and business acumen and solid negotiation skills. This role requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Implement action plan to achieve Procurement KPIs as cash & cost
Post non-catalogue purchase Orders & contracts
Support the business with RFP, negotiation to select vendors
Identify business needs and prioritize operational and financial benefit opportunities
Assess financial stability and risk of potential vendors
Support the development of non-standard vendor contracts in collaboration with legal
Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Proactively and frequently communicate business results
Work with business owners in vendor selection and negotiations
Support development of non-standard vendor contracts in collaboration with legal
Support vendor audit and ensure all vendor onboarding documents are compliant
Manage external supplier relationship
Supplier registration.
WHO YOU ARE
BA/BS degree in engineering, business, or a related field;
Fluent English
5+ years of relevant procurement experience
Negotiation, Project Management, SRM skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
Experience in working with multiple international stakeholders
Track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet deadlines
Proven ability to work within strict deadlines
Experience with Coupa will be a plus
Strong identification with Farfetch core values
Quick Learner
Proactive, results driven with decision making capabilities;
An influential person with ability to successfully manage complexity;
A professional with problem-solving aptitude.
